李向阳，男，山东威海人，工学博士，教授，研究生导师。山东省粮食精深加工工程技术研究中心副主任，省食品安全刑事案件特聘专家,山东蛋白加工企业首席科研顾问,食品科学等杂志评审专家。2013年12月毕业于山东农业大学食品科学专业。

现授课程：食品质量管理

目前研究方向或领域：油脂及蛋白，功能性食品绿色加工质量控制及检测、农产品加工储藏及保鲜。

目前承担的科研项目：近年来主持、参与国家级课题、省级课题30余项。主持国家自然基金面上项目1项，山东省自主创新重大专项1项，山东省重点研发计划专项1项，山东省科技攻关项目2项，山东省农业重大应用技术创新专项2项。授权专利6项。
