刘芮女,山东菏泽人,理学博士。2017年2月毕业于韩国首尔大学生命科学专业。研究方向为泡菜乳酸菌的功能性研究

现授课程《食品微生物学实验技术》。

目前研究方向或领域:中韩传统发酵食品功能成分分析,韩国泡菜或草药中的环状二肽等有效成分的分离、提纯和结构鉴定; 多种环二肽对多重耐药菌,致病真菌和流感A(H3N2)病毒的协同作用;乳酸菌的环状二肽抗小鼠原位乳腺癌作用研究;环状二肽新型合成酶的结晶结构分析和分子克隆
