金成武，男，吉林延边人，农学博士，副教授。2006年8月毕业于韩国国立江原大学植物生命工学专业。 

现授课程：食品分析,仪器分析,食品检验与分析实验

目前研究方向或领域：药用、食用植物的功能性成分的提取、分析及其生物活性检测。主要应用环境条件调控技术，增加芽苗菜的有效成分；利用远红外照射技术、微生物发酵技术等物理生物转化技术，增加植物中微量或痕量特异活性物质含量,从而提高相应的生理活性，并应用该些技术研发功能食品、特医食品。

目前承担的科研项目：主持教育部留学归国人员启动基金1项，山东省高等学校科技发展项目1项。
